Warning: If you harvest a whole bunch of fresh basil from your garden with the intent of making a batch of pesto, keep it well out of Harding's reach. He ate half of the leaves Trip picked this evening. The kid loves basil and eats it like candy. No pesto for us tonight.

Basil is a favorite here too but straight up, just leaves? That's a serious passion for basil!!
